The Safety Pass Alliance, or the SPA, is the most prominent safety passport awarding body in the UK. The SPA Petrol Retail Safety Passport course ensures contractors working on fuel stations across the UK are aware of hazards and safe working practices for working onsite.
What does it cover?
The Petrol safety passport training course covers topics such as ignition sources, petrol forecourt hazards and safe work practices. You can find a full syllabus when you choose a course date below.
Who needs this passport?
You may require a Petrol Safety Passport if you work on a petrol forecourt, transport fuel or come into contact with dangerous oils in your job.
The training options for this card include:
– 2 Day Course (Classroom or Online via Microsoft Teams)
– 1 Day Renewal Course (Classroom or Online via Microsoft Teams)
Exemption
Please note: If you hold any other safety qualifications, you may be exempt from sitting the first day of the 2 Day course. Please get in touch if you think you might hold an exemption as you may not need to attend both days.
